Palio A Tuscan Chop House - With stunning views of San Juan Bay from the hotel’s second floor, Palio, the hotel’s authentic Tuscan Chop House, uses fresh, natural, flavorful ingredients to capture the best of Italian culinary tradition. Among Palio’s special menu selections are homemade lasagna, aged goat cheese spread, a bone-in ribeye accompanied by a wild mushroom ragout and a 10 oz. Clean cut Angus beef filet mignon.

Chicago Burger Company - Build your own burger at our new indoor-outdoor restaurant located on the scenic San Juan Bay. Choose between the Certified Angus beef burger, savory salmon, healthy vegetarian and more. Enjoy an oversized patty cooked to perfection and generously topped with a unique variety of hot and cold trimmings or traditional favorites.
